As a Transport, Trade & Logistics Specialist (Planner) you will
be a part of the Electrification Products (EP) Division and will be
based in Dubai, UAE. The EP Division manufactures low-voltage circuit
breakers, switches, and control products, wiring accessories, enclosures
and cable systems to protect installations and electronic equipment
from electrical overload. The division further makes KNX systems that
integrate and automate a building's electrical installations,
ventilation systems, and security and data communication networks.
Your tasks will be:
In this role your main responsibilities will include;
•Managing the stock profile and basket proposal. Coordinating with LSO expected changes in

•Triggering the stock replenishment from supplier by executing the MRP in APO.
•Purchasing order placement to supplier and coordination and ensure the update of supplier delivery

•Maintaining supplier and stock service related KPIs, measure supplier's OTD (supply reliability)
•Managing the reverse logistics in coordination with Customer Service Manager and the supplier. Ensure the disposition, returns and/or scrap, of returns materials.
•Undertaking data collations for calibrations of inventory baskets.
•Key User of APO, MM and PP module.
•Controlling the quality of the 3PL inventory data and validate any correction made from their side, including the inbound.
•Inventory reconciliations.

Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree
/Diploma or equivalent is preferred with at least 5-6 years related
industry experience in material planning and inventory control with good
knowledge on supply chain management and inventory control
methodologies.
You should be having an experience in SAP system with
experience in interpretation of data processing output. You should be a
Team player with positive work attitude.
