Position: Book Keeper.
Location: Sandton,
Remuneration: R30 000 Per Month
Benefits: Medical Aid, Bonus

Bookkeeper Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile creditor accounts to ensure accuracy
• Issuing invoices to customers
• Assist with processing of debtors and collecting funds from clients
• Assist with processing of creditors and issuance of purchase orders
• Responsible for all EFT payments, requisitions and processing of payments on the
accounting system
• Payroll Assistance on Sage Premier Payroll
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
• Petty cash management
• Provide information to the Financial Manager who creates the company’s management
accounts
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
• At least 5 years Bookkeeper experience
• Must have VAT Knowledge
• Must have SARS experience
• Matric qualification
Bookkeeping Qualification
• Bookkeeping till Trial Balance advantageous
• Fully computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
• Sage Evolution minimum 12 months’ experience
• Sage Payroll Premier minimum 3 years’ experience (Non negotiable)
• Excel Advanced minimum 3 years’ experience
• Must have basic accounting knowledge / understanding of general ledger structures
• Clear ITC / Criminal Record
